About The Product
Long before Acqua Di Gio existed, Cool Water Cologne invented the aquatic men's fragrance category almost singlehandedly in 1988. Sea water, lavender, mint, green notes, rosemary, calone and coriander open this Eau de Toilette icy and marine, calone being the molecule that would define an entire genre after this release. Sandalwood, neroli, geranium and jasmine fill the heart, floral and aromatic against all that opening freshness. Musk, oakmoss, cedar, tobacco and ambergris close it out, a warmer, more grounded base than the icy top suggests is coming. Davidoff classifies this Cool Water Eau de Toilette as aquatic aromatic, built for daytime and warm weather. The tobacco tucked into that closing base is an unexpected, easily overlooked detail, adding a dry warmth to what most wearers remember as a purely fresh, cold fragrance, and it's part of why Cool Water still smells more textured than many of the thinner, calone-heavy aquatics it inspired. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
