COVERAGE & CARRIERS:
- When Standard Shipping is selected, the carrier who delivers your order will depend on the weight and size of the shipment. You will receive tracking information in the Shipping Confirmation email and will be able to track your order at that time.
- We currently only ship within the U.S.
- Your order may require a signature release upon delivery.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING
- To qualify for free ground shipping, the order sub-total must be $59 or more after all discounts are applied. Sub-total does not include tax or shipping fees. Free shipping offer only applies to orders shipped in the contiguous United States. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
EXPRESS 2 DAY SHIPPING
- Express 2-Day Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States on select items for $14.99. Please note that we do not offer Express 2-Day Shipping to PO Boxes. See below for additional details.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) to qualify for 2-day shipping.

Business Days: Shipping times apply to business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Processing: Orders placed after the 2:00 PM EST cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, natural disasters, high carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control may impact estimated arrival times.

Shipping Availability: 2-day shipping is available for eligible addresses within the contiguous U.S.. Some rural or remote locations may experience extended delivery times. Express shipping is not available to PO Boxes.

Carrier Responsibility: Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or lost/stolen packages. Delivery times are subject to the carrier’s performance and policies.

Order Modifications & Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for shipment.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of carrier delay or missed estimated delivery.

Signature Requirement (if applicable): Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
ORDER TRACKING:
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.
ORDER REVISIONS / CANCELLATIONS / DAMAGES:
- To facilitate the timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed. Please select your items carefully and check for accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details, including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.
- If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@perfumania.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. You must retain the damaged items until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item we will not be able to honor the claim or be able to issue any adjustment, including credit. Claims will only be considered if received within 30 days of date of shipment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Your package will be shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST (except U.S. holidays). In the event that your item(s) is/are unavailable, you will be notified via E-Mail.
- All deliveries are subject to the carrier's Terms & Conditions.
- (NOTE: Certain circumstances and weather conditions may delay shipping. Please refer to this page for shipping updates.)
Our Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on cosmetics, hair care, or skincare items. Please make your selections carefully.
All returned items are subject to a quality inspection. Items that are not received in original condition or do not pass inspection may be returned to the customer or discarded, and a refund will not be issued.
Please be sure to package your return appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Perfumania is not responsible for items damaged while being returned.

If the return is due to our error, we will refund your shipping costs. Perfumania is not responsible for insufficient addresses, packages returned to sender, or lost or stolen packages.
Please note: Online orders must be returned directly to the Perfumania.com warehouse. We are currently unable to accept online returns at Perfumania retail store locations.
