Our Return Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on cosmetics, hair care and skincare items. Please make your selections carefully. 

In the event of a refund on a purchase that received a free gift, the gift must be returned as well and must be in good condition to qualify for a full refund.

Please email us at customer.service@perfumania.com or call (866) 557-2368 prior to shipping your package for further return instructions. We are available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST.

If the return is a result of our error, your shipping costs will be refunded, as well. Perfumania will not be responsible for insufficient address, packages returned to sender or lost/stolen packages.

Returns may only be shipped directly to the Perfumania.com warehouse. We do not accept online returns to our Perfumania Retail locations at this time.
