You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges.

All online orders must be shipped back to our warehouse. We do not accept online returns in stores.

ABOUT THE BRAND
The famous Italian house of fashion was founded in 1913 by brothers Mario and Martino Prada. The store in Milan was originally named Fratelli Prada and sold leather and luggage goods. The family run business passed through a couple of generations and came to Mario Prada’s granddaughter Miuccia Prada who took over the company in 1978 and made Prada what it is today. The company kept expanding through introducing new luggage varieties like totes and backpacks in 1979, and then handbags, and finally venturing into the market of shoes in 1984. Prada introduced its first womenswear in 1988. The high-fashion women’s line was introduced in 1992 under Miuccia's nickname, Miu Miu, and the men'swear was started in 1993. Prada first launched its fragrances in 2003.
