You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on cosmetics, hair care and skincare items. Please make your selections carefully.
All online orders must be shipped back to our warehouse. We do not accept online returns in stores.

Byblos was founded in 1973 in Italy by a team of designers. It evolved as a segment of Genny SpA and got its name for a hotel located in Saint Tropez in France. Soon Byblos attracted a lot of young fashion designers from across the globe including Guy Paulin and Gianni Versace. The Byblos brand is now nearly 40 years old and features regularly on the Milan prêt-à-porter runways. It is known for integrating high-quality products with innovation and experimentation. Byblos got popular in the 80’s and 90’s owing to licensing agreements with some of the biggest fashion labels including Fendi, Vivienne Westwood and Roccobarocco.
